Oatmeal Bread

While perusing and tasting my way through Jeffrey Hamelman’s ‘Bread’ textbook I fell in love with this simple recipe. Oats, Honey, and a bit of Milk make this bread easy to bake and easy to love. I even substituted in for the whole wheat portion KA’s Sprouted Wheat Flour for a lighter, more complimentary flavor for the oats to really shine!
