Spiced Pear & Apple Tart

I’ve been playing with an obscure and obtuse recipe for a Pâte Sablée shortbread tart shell with extremely good success using Coconut flour instead of the classical Almond flour.

This time around, I filled it with a seasonal pear and apple sauce and lots of intensely aromatic freshly shaved Nutmeg!
