This was the logical extension to a Chocolate Mousse Tart I had made earlier last year. But who doesn’t also love Hazelnuts? While resisting the urge to just use Nutella, I found a way to make it work. Toasted Hazelnuts! I think next time I’ll try putting Hazelnuts into crust itself.
